Covering Cornwall, I provide Project Management respond and report services for any property related issues. Being onsite to provide a full report of the issue inclusive of imaging, appropriate action and a recommended contractor to yourselves.
Additional services include organisation of agreed contractor on your behalf, being onsite to supervise the contractor and merging invoices to allow for a smoother service.
My 'Annual Leave' Package Inclusive of:
-24/7 Response to tenants / guests on your behalf.
-24/7 On-call to respond to any issues on site.
-First hour of general handyman fixes. (Materials charged only with your prior approval)
-End of day report regarding your property and tenants/guests sent to you via email to keep you updated.
Optional Extras:
-20% Discount for additional properties.
-Check-in and check-out onsite with guests.

Design Packages Include:
Essential Design: Standard drawing of wall design with measurements.
Design Only: In-depth drawings of wall design with measurements and instructions for installation for you to install yourself or give to your preferred contractor.
Design Supply and Installation: Inclusive of the Design Only package this also includes supplying the contractor required and installing the design.
